Welcome to the re-brand!

Loan Hustle & Highland Mortgages have made the decision to merge, and rebrand together as Solvi Broker Co.

We both started our businesses not hating, but not adoring our names and Brand.
We have always collaborated and assisted each other in the background with our business issues, from workshopping deals to laughing our way through fixing tech issues for which we are severely underqualified.

Naturally it made sense to merge — bringing a collaborative approach and added support for each of our clients under a Brand we genuinely love and want to grow.

So welcome to Tenae & Sam at SBC!

We’ve got some exciting news to share very soon… but in the meantime, a quick heads-up so no one is caught off guard

There’s no intruder in your followers — it’s just Loan Hustle getting a fresh new look, re-branding as Solvi Broker Co.

Same Tenae, same business, same level of care — just a name change & some exciting things to come with this which will be announced in the coming weeks!

You may start to notice a few more things changing behind the scenes over the coming weeks, so I wanted to share this now, so no one is left wondering who or what SBC is ✨

Instagram approved the re-brand… Facebook, not so much haha - So we’ve had to start fresh over there. If you’ve got a second to go give the new page a like and a bit of love, we’d be very grateful 🖤

Great news - WE WON, we took out The One To Watch Award at the last month 🏆

It is such an honour to win this Award as starting your own business and having it take off within the first 2 years is no small feat, so being recognised for the care and dedication that takes means the world to me & Thank You to Kell from for putting together this incredible Event recognising Women doing amazing things!

I am SO lucky to be surrounded by so many friends who want to see me succeed in life - this Award would not have been possible without their support so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, you know who you are!

I have my eyes on a particular Award for next year & will be working towards it with that fiery Tenacity I have in me for the 2026 Awards.

If you are a Woman, who is running or owns a business - you should be getting yourself involved with & as the Community & Purpose of what Kelly is doing is so vital to Women in business surviving and thriving, and nothing against Men doing amazing things!

- Participating Lender in the First Home Guarantee Scheme (FHGS)
- Family Guarantees (incase you don't meet FHGS requirements)
- Bridging / Relocation Loans

P.s can't wait to use my St George inflatable unicorn at the river with this heat, you will all be seeing it that's for sure! If any of my followers feel like they or their kids would love an inflatable unicorn for the pool / river, let me know - I have a couple!
