A big thank you to Oleg and the entire Bridgit team for the invitation to tonight's Broker Innovation Awards, and the teams at NextGen and Broker Daily for putting this all together.

It's been fantastic to be surrounded by so many professionals who are pushing boundaries and driving innovation across the finance industry.

Innovation is a word that gets used a lot, but for me, it comes down to finding better ways to serve clients. At AKR Financial Solutions, we pride ourselves on looking beyond the standard lending solution. We take the time to understand our clients' long-term goals, structure lending strategically, and help them build wealth through property with a tailored approach rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

The Mindstrong Cup continues to grow as a community event focused on mental health awareness in men and encouraging important conversations both on and off the field. 💛

I created this event to help raise awareness around mental health and to show my boys that there is always someone to talk to if you’re struggling. We all go through hard times, and it’s okay to ask for help or simply have someone to talk to.

A huge thank you to and for helping pioneer this incredible event, and to for coming on board as ambassadors for the 2026 edition!
