Hi Everyone!
A LOT has changed in lending in the last few weeks, the biggest change being SOME banks increasing how much deposit you need to buy an investment property. At the same time some are also increasing rates on investment loans compared to loans for owner occupied loans. If your bank is trying to sting you with a larger deposit and trying to slug you with a higher rate give me a call.
