🏡Today marks a major shift in Australia’s First Home Guarantee / Home Guarantee Scheme. The government has fast-tracked and expanded its reforms so that more Australians can access home ownership with much less upfront cost and fewer restrictions.

With 5% deposit you can purchase your first home!

Here’s what you need to know:

✅Unlimited places / no annual cap.
Gone are the limits on how many people can access the scheme each year. If you’re eligible, you don’t need to wait for a “spot.”

✅No income caps.
Previously, your income could disqualify you. From today onward, those income limits are removed, higher-earning first home buyers can now apply!

✅Higher property price caps
The maximum purchase price allowed under the scheme has increased in every state/territory to better reflect current market values.

✅With 5% deposit you can purchase your first home!🏡
