It was an incredible privilege to be part of AFL Gather Round in such a big way this year, bringing our community to Adelaide for a spectacular round of footy and our 4th AFL Gather Round Charity Lunch.

This year, we welcomed 460 guests for a great afternoon of entertainment and together, raised an outstanding $82,000 for two incredibly important causes. A result that truly reflects the power of community.

We were proud to support Breakthrough T1D and Cure EB Foundation, two charities making a life changing impact.

A sincere thank you to our incredible guest speakers who made the day so special Clint Stanaway, Tom Morris, Caroline Wilson, Kane Cornes, Matthew Richardson, Mike Sheahan, Peter Malinauskas, Jack Trengove, Jess Stenson, Lachie Neale and Matthew Pavlich. Your time, stories and insights helped create a truly memorable event.

The record tally of $170,000 raised at this year’s McLardy McShane Golf Day saw us surpass the $1 million mark for funds raised for FightMND across the eight editions of these events we have now hosted, which is an achievement we are very proud of.

In addition to this, we have also now reached the $2 million milestone for total money raised towards defeating the Beast through our Group Conference, Golf Days and other events.

We’re very excited to have moved in to our new office space in Sydney this week, which sees our McLardy McShane Sydney, McLardy McShane Intercharge, Sydney Insurance Brokers and our Sydney-based members from our Claims and Operations teams all now operating under the one roof.

The cherry on top of this move is the debut of this incredible timeline design, created by the amazing Jock Mitchell of , which details the Company’s history - from the significant milestones to the not-so-serious moments - since its foundation in 2007.
