The honest truth about remote project management? It only works when you’ve got the right people. We’ve been fortunate enough to have a team that genuinely cares about the finish, not just the deadline. Every scope of this project has been well thought through, and you can see it in the detail.
But here’s what keeps us motivated beyond the numbers and the schedule:
This is going to be someone’s home.
A family will move into this house. They’ll make memories in these rooms. And right now, our team is quietly building that for them, without even knowing who they are yet.
