Life got busy with travel, holidays, kids… and somewhere in between, we finished another refurb! 😄

We put a lot of thought into this one and tried to look at every decision from a buyer’s point of view. So it was really nice to see the very first people who viewed it put in an offer, which we accepted! 🏡

Even better, they’re first-time buyers and will hopefully be calling it home very soon.

A few weeks ago, this was still a building site. 🏗️

New kitchen. New flooring. New windows. New doors inside and out. Feature walls. Hallway panelling we designed ourselves. Electrics signed off. New boiler in.

This one’s nearly done and it shows.

Completion is expected next week. Estate agents have already started visiting.

We’ve never approached this with a “just get it done” mentality. The finishes, the flow between rooms, the small decisions most people won’t even consciously notice when they walk in - they’ll feel it. And that’s the point.

Someone is going to buy this house and start a new chapter of their life here. That’s never left our minds throughout this project.

Huge credit to the team on the ground. Remote project management only works when the people involved genuinely care and we’ve been lucky enough to have exactly that.

Final push now. Finished result coming very soon. 👀🏡

We’re not on site. But this refurb is happening anyway, and it’s coming together beautifully.

Oak doors installed. Bath panelling installed. Second electrical fix completed. Every week, another layer of this property transforms.

The honest truth about remote project management? It only works when you’ve got the right people. We’ve been fortunate enough to have a team that genuinely cares about the finish, not just the deadline. Every scope of this project has been well thought through, and you can see it in the detail.

But here’s what keeps us motivated beyond the numbers and the schedule:
This is going to be someone’s home.

A family will move into this house. They’ll make memories in these rooms. And right now, our team is quietly building that for them, without even knowing who they are yet.

That’s the part of property development nobody really talks about.
