Buy An ATM is part of the STB Group. STB commenced operations in 1993 as Simply the Best Nutrition with a range of fitness training and nutritional products. The business grew distribution channels throughout Australia, into Asia and to parts of Europe with successful service to professional athletes, as well as sufferers of ailments such as arthritis, MS and chronic fatigue.

In 1994 STB entered the technical space when Vodafone launched in Australia, also around the time that the telecommunications industry deregulated, allowing people to choose carriers besides Telstra. STB built a large SME and individuals client base, before being approached in 1996 with the idea of placing ATM machines.

STB Technologies was registered in Brisbane in 2002 and after 13 years distributing ATM machines, STB Tech has placed hundreds of ATMs throughout the country.
