Top school zone property prices are completely outpacing capital city growth across the country. 🇦🇺⁣

In Sydney, for example, top-performing school zone postcodes have produced returns of more than 50% over the past three years - about 30% above the increase for Greater Sydney as a whole*.⁣

Across the Nullarbor, meanwhile, top-performing school zone suburbs in Perth have generated median price growth of nearly 30% over the past three years, compared to 19% for the rest of the city.⁣

Similarly impressive gains have also been seen in Brisbane, Hobart, Canberra, Adelaide and Melbourne. 🏙⁣

Secured by our client, Daniel in July of 2020, we identified this property as a strong growth market opportunity, that was undervalued at the time of acquisition.

Recently, we received an updated sales appraisal from the local agent, in terms of what the project would RETAIL for today should it be listed for sale.

$420,000 - $450,000 is what their appraisals have come back at!

Fully appreciate this is an appraisal, however, this represents a gross uplift of over $73,000.
