One thing many people do not realise is that we are incredibly selective about the properties we present to our clients.
Just because a property is available does not mean it is suitable.
We spend a significant amount of time reviewing listings, speaking with agents, analysing opportunities and undertaking preliminary due diligence before a property even makes it onto a client's shortlist.
Our clients trust us to filter out the noise and focus on the opportunities that genuinely align with their goals, budget and risk profile.
Over the years, local agents have come to understand this. They know that when we enquire about a property, we have done our homework. They also know that if we raise concerns or decide a property is not suitable for a client, there is a genuine reason behind that decision.
The relationships we have built with agents are based on mutual respect and professionalism.
Agents respect that we are thorough and that we always act in our clients' best interests.
We respect the role agents play in representing their sellers.
At the end of the day, everyone has a job to do. Ours is making sure our clients make informed decisions and purchase the right property, not just any property.
Being selective is not about making the process harder.
It is about getting it right.
