At My Finance People/JADE PA, whilst we work hard we do make sure we have time for fun to release the pressure of the hard work 😊
We are looking for someone at least 3 days a week and must be able to work from an office base in Osborne Park. If you have children we are open to working school hours and from home on school holidays. If you are student, well just let us know and we can work in with your hours at school.
All training will be provided, but you must be self-motivated, attention to detail and be able to handle the pressures of a busy work environment.
Daily tasks will consist of but not limited to, saving documents to files, assisting in entering details into Mercury, liaising with clients and banks.
If you are willing to learn a new industry or already the know the industry, hit me up and come challenge yourself to the crazy world of Finance.

JADE PA is looking for a casual Personal Assistant, to load deals into Mercury and submit through AOL. This also includes liaising with the client.
You will have the ability to work from home once you are fully trained.
You will need to be self motivated, attention to detail is a must with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Competence in using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and other related software. Training will be provided but if you have background in Finance that would be great, but not essential. We are determined to employ dedicated and caring people! We are looking for a motivated personal assistant/administrator to look after a group of Mortgage Brokers, in Osborne Park. You will be on a 5 month contract working an 18 hour week. You will need your own ABN, knowledge into the banking world and Mercury would be a bonus but not essential as we can train.
