Thrilled to share that our Signature Diamond broker cohort at Lendi Group recently dove deep into a study tour in Detroit & Dallas, USA. This experience was a treasure trove of insights, with my favourite highlights including the future of AI in mortgage broking and sharing time with such an upbeat/positive group of people keen to grow the mortgage broking industry/Lendi Group. Now back and ready to share and integrate these experiences into my business. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along this journey, particularly anyone who has allowed me to assist with their home loan/s 😊

Very grateful to win Home Loan Consultant of the year at the WA EOFY wrap up last month. The opportunity to help people navigate an often overcomplicated area, that I love discussing really does help. The support and trust each person I speak to gives me is always greatly honoured and appreciated

I also hit the 5 year mark with Lendi which was another nice milestone to reach. They really have created what I believe is the best environment for reaching as many people as I can, to share what I know in the most authentic and simple manner. Finding a large company whose company beliefs align with my personal beliefs was the best move I ever made

Incredibly humbled by the amount of people who entrust me to help them with their home loans. Able to wrap up a crazy year at our end of year state summit with the last couple of quarterly awards for 2022 and then share some insights along side colleagues who have been doing this almost as long as I’ve been alive. Thank you to everyone who supports my business in anyway, big or small, and enables me to do something I love everyday

After some of the most memorable and jam packed five days spent on the Gold Coast with some incredible people from the Lendi Group I have finally had a chance to reflect on those five days and the journey to this point

I entered mortgage broking, partnered with Lendi, looking to help as many people as I could in navigating the ever changing home lending/property purchasing journey whilst creating a life balance to do things I love day to day and most importantly being very involved in my daughte growing up. It is a field I’ve had a great interest/fascination in for as long as I can remember, back to when I was little kid looking at houses on our first computer, and absolutely love discussing and sharing anything I know with whoever wants to know

Now I have been very fortunate to end up in a field I’m passionate about, working with a rapidly expanding number of clients who I love, partnered with a company who I believe could not be more aligned with my idea of providing an experience I think every person asking for help/guidance deserves

To then be awarded the diamond signature status this week has been truly humbling. As an idea there are over 100 Lendi HLC brokers employed around Australia and I was the only one awarded the position/title. There are over 200 Lendi HLS employed and 2 of them were awarded the position/title. It was awarded based upon customer feedback, involvement in company improvement, growth of client base, number of settled loans and upholding/representing the group values

It was incredible to receive the award/recognition in front of over 1000 people, even if I was a little shellshocked and overwhelmed. For me I can’t wait to get back to just doing what I love and helping anyone who wants help

So to everyone involved in the journey so far, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Without you all I wouldn’t get to live a life I love everyday
