The official cash rate is now 0.25%. My thoughts are with people who have been effected Financially or more importantly Physically. I, like most, have not witnessed uncertain times like these before. This is great news for borrowers. We have been faced with increased living expenses and affordability was judged on interest rates being in excess of 7% even with some variable/fixed rate loans being as low as 2.99%. Assuming Lenders adopt this change from APRA it will open up affordability for many borrowers. Call me to discuss 0439348586
