Exciting times ahead!
Two of Perth's biggest names in real estate are joining forces – and the numbers speak for themselves.
Vivien Yap and Hayden Groves are merging their Ray White businesses, combining Ray White Dalkeith Claremont with Ray White Dethridge Groves into a single operation.
The result: $1 billion in annual sales, 24 sales agents and a property management portfolio of more than 700 properties.
Vivien and Breanna Ridge-Singh will lead the merged business as joint principals, with Hayden bringing his sales, auction and leadership experience into the fold.
"Vivien has set the benchmark here in Western Australia, so joining WA's best is very exciting," Hayden said.
Vivien pointed to the depth Hayden adds: "The experience and knowledge Hayden brings to the table is significant."
Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman said the merger shows what happens when complementary strengths come together – sales, auctions, property management – all under one leadership team.
The focus now turns to integration, with the combined business drawing on shared resources and Ray White's national network.
What's the biggest advantage you see when established businesses merge rather than grow solo?
