With over 22,000 searches on Google for “Perth Rentals” in the last month, it’s clear that investors have their sights set on Western Australia.

According to REIWA, Perth is currently experiencing its lowest vacancy rates and highest median weekly rents to date, with a 0.4% vacancy rate and a $649 per week median rent recorded in March.

We could continue to discuss what’s behind this growth for some time, but whatever the cause, it’s clear that Perth has grown up and is a genuine location to invest in.

They’ve recently had a stunning upgrade to their office and I think they are some of the luckiest PM’s to work in such a thoughtful and supportive space. 🤩

I was invited to their team meeting this morning and had some great conversations around technicality’s of a Lease, in particular Requirements of Existence. It was an opportunity to refresh and discuss everyone’s thoughts and experiences on this detail.

A favourite part of my role is to visit our regional offices.

Getting out to the country allows me to bring the network to our hard working teams across the state!

In WA, our regional offices make up about 50% of our Group and are a contributor to the success of Ray White in WA.

My regional visits include working with the business owners and property managers to ensure training, growth and efficiencies of the property management business and staff are met.

This week’s visit was to the fabulous team in Kambalda. Kambalda is some 50kms south of Kalgoorlie, 600kms east of Perth and provides valuable real estate services to the local community and nearby mining industry.
