rules are as follows:
- a series consists of 12 rounds of tournament style NLTH
- starting stack is 10K with no rebuys or add ons
- blinds start at 25/50
- a minimum of 8 players must attend to constitute a tournament round
- only a players top 7 finishes count towards the final total score, so it is not compulsary to play all 12 rounds.
- points allocation, 1st 20pts, 2nd 16pts, 3rd 14pts, 4th 1
2pts, 5th 10pts, 6th 8pts, 7th 6pts, 8th 4 points, 9th+ 2pts
- buy ins are decided on the night but $5 must be paid by every player which goes towards the end of the series prizes.
- a prize at the end will also be awarded for the best hand of the series, the hand must be shown during game play and does not count if all other players fold. Games are very competitive and played in good spirits, all money collected goes into prizes. Many hours and games of poker can be had on the night and apart from the tournament game, structure, buy ins, re buys and add ons for all other games are decided and agreed by all on the night. All new comers are welcome, the stakes arnt high but the level of poker is, and the prestige that comes with being the bracelet winner for series 2 is pricelss.
