Meet the Team: Paul Hobbs 👋
Managing Director, Registered Builder & Founder of Allcraft Projects
We're introducing the person who started it all!
Paul started Allcraft Projects on 13 July 1992, from a small joinery and cabinet-making workshop.
34 years later, Allcraft has grown into a commercial building and maintenance business delivering construction, fit outs, de-fits, facilities management and project work across WA and beyond.
With more than 35 years in the industry, Paul's career has taken him from cabinet maker, carpenter, joiner and shopfitter to Registered Builder and Managing Director.
That practical trade background is still a big part of how Paul approaches the business — understanding the work, the challenges and most importantly, finding solutions that work.
Today, Paul's role covers a little bit of everything:

✅ Quality assurance
34 years on, the industry has changed, technology has changed and the business has evolved — but the focus remains the same: good people, good work and finding the right solutions.
And, as Paul would be the first to say, the Allcraft story has always been about the team — employees, contractors, suppliers and clients who have all played a part in getting us here.
