Are you interested in developing your knowledge of finance with like-minded individuals, while creating a network of industry professionals? The Finance Association of Western Australia (FAWA) invites you to apply to become one of our committee members!
Who are we?
FAWA was established in 2009 and quickly grew into one of the most established and recognised student-run organisations in WA. We aim to enable students from a multitude of disciplines to engage, develop, and express their interest in finance outside the boundaries of the university curriculum.
We do this by hosting a range of events throughout the year where students can network with 15+ sponsors which include Azure Capital, Argonaut, UBS and Morgan Stanley, just to name a few!
What would you be doing in our committee?
- Assisting in organising our flagship events, sponsor events, competitions and social media.
- Attending regular meetings
- Developing your personal and professional skills including teamwork, leadership, communication, and organisation
