Choosing the right finance broker is just as important as choosing the right finance product. Here are 5 red flags to watch out for.
π© They only ever suggest one lender. A good broker has access to a wide network. If they're always pointing you to the same place, ask why.
π© They rush you to sign. Pressure to move fast without giving you time to understand what you're agreeing to is never a good sign.
π© They can't clearly explain the fees. You should always know exactly what you're paying and why. Vague answers around costs are a warning sign.
π© They disappear after the deal is done. A great broker builds a long-term relationship, not just a one-time transaction.
π© They don't ask enough questions about your business. If a broker isn't trying to understand your situation before recommending a solution, they're not working for you.
You deserve a broker who ticks none of these. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
