What is an NDIS/SDA property?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a federal government program that supports people with disabilities.
Currently, more than 4 million Australians have a disability, or around 18% of the population.
Part of the NDIS funding is for recipients to have the opportunity to live in approved NDIS homes, otherwise referred to as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
NDIS/SDA properties are specially designed and built homes that can accommodate between 1-4 participants plus a carer, depending on support requirements.
What are our homes like?
Our beautifully designed homes are spacious, energy efficient and comply with SDA design requirements and Livable Housing Australia requirements.
