Recently, I took part in Laps for Life โ raising awareness for youth mental health. But this swim became more than just a fundraiser. It became a reminder โ a reminder of what truly matters.
Itโs often not the splash that stays with us, but the stillness after.
๐งญ As your guide in navigating a 100-year life, I believe that legacy isnโt only found in financial statements or estate plans. Itโs in the quiet actions, the small moments, and the stories we choose to live out loud.
This swim reminded me that:
Youโre never too old to return to what brings you alive
Some of the most meaningful contributions donโt make noise
Purpose can be found in unexpected places โ like saltwater, early mornings, and shared intention
You do not need to be wealthy to make a difference to many lives
๐ I reflected more deeply in a short blog post on my new site.
