🧱 Building defects at eight homes have resulted in WA builder Ventura Home Group and its former supervisor being fined $40,000 in the State Administrative Tribunal.

The most serious defects identified by our colleagues at Building and Energy concerned the inadequate tying down of roofs and then the installation of roof sheeting, which put the properties at risk of roof failure in certain windy conditions.
