HIGH-CONFLICT PARENTING MEDIATION — CAN ADRAMS ASSIST YOU?
Are conflict, safety concerns or current or pending proceedings affecting arrangements for your child or children?
These matters may include—but are not limited to—Family Violence Restraining Orders (FVROs), other Court matters, difficult communication and interrupted time with children.
If another mediation centre or mediator has advised they are unable to assist, ADRAMS can carefully assess your circumstances to consider whether suitable mediation options are available.
Mediation is not appropriate in every matter. Any process must be consistent with applicable orders and legal requirements.
HIGH-CONFLICT SHUTTLE MEDIATION — VIA ZOOM ONLY
Parents participate in separate Zoom sessions without interacting directly with each other.
The mediator communicates between them, conveying proposals and responses to help explore possible parenting arrangements.
Children’s safety, wellbeing and’ In The Best Interests of the Child’ remain central throughout the process, informed by the applicable family law framework, including section 60CC of the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth), - amended 6th May 2024 where applicable.
FINANCIAL HARDSHIP
Concession or reduced fees may be available to individual applicants, subject to assessment and disclosure of relevant financial circumstances.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
ADRAMS respects your privacy. Confidentiality applies subject to legal exceptions, including mandatory reporting and other disclosures required or permitted by law and FDRP Regulations 2025. These limits are explained before your intake and assessment.
WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE
Initial appointments generally available within 5–10 days.
Supporting parents in Perth, regional WA and Australia-wide via Zoom.
Face-to-face intake and preparation appointments may also be available where suitable. High-conflict shuttle mediation is conducted via Zoom only.
