🏡✨ Big news for first home buyers!

From 1 October 2025, the expanded Home Guarantee Scheme will make it easier for more Australians to achieve their dream of home ownership. Here’s what’s changing:

✅ No place limits – Any eligible first home buyer with a 5% deposit can apply.
✅ No income caps – Higher income earners can now access the scheme too.
✅ Higher property price caps – Giving buyers more room where prices have risen.
✅ Simpler access in regional areas – The Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee will be replaced by the First Home Guarantee.

This delivers on the Government’s commitment to support all Australians into home ownership.
