This isn’t just a car on its side. It’s a picture of WA’s towing industry.

Tow operators have been rolled over by:

• Capped fees that don’t even cover fuel, labour, compliance, or insurance.
• Rising costs of rent, electricity, training, and equipment.
• Insurer pressure that misleads customers and forces operators to carry the losses.
• Broken regulations that put small, family-run businesses on the brink.
• Unsafe expectations that compromise both workers and road users.

We’re the first to arrive at a crash scene, the ones who rescue drivers at their worst moments and the ones who make the road safe.

But while we keep WA moving, our own industry has been left overturned.

It’s time to stop ignoring the damage and start repairing the system — before the entire towing industry is written off.

The Towing Services Regulations 2025 were passed without proper consultation, and the people doing the real work were shut out of the process.

We’re calling for transparency. We’re calling for fairness. And we need your support.
