The Loan Company named #7 out of Australia’s best Brokerages in MPA Top 50!

The Loan Company has again been recognised as one of the country’s top mortgage brokerages this year, with it being named in the Mortgage Professional Australia (MPA) magazine Top 50 for 2022. This year we were in a tie for the #7 spot, which is a significant jump from our #17 ranking in 2021.

Furthermore, The Loan Company was also the #1 ranked mortgage brokerage in Western Australia – an incredible achievement.

MPA’s awards are weighted across four areas: total loan book size, average settlements per loan writer, total settlements in the specified 12-month period and conversion rate. Each brokerage was then ranked in these areas and the ranks were then combined to produce a final tally.

Still cant believe I managed to take this award out last Thursday night!!

This award is based on the work done over the Calendar years 2021 and 2020 and is no higher achievement for a Broker new to the industry.

Managed to also make the top 4 shortlist for "Broker of the Year in WA" and look forward to trying achieve this award in the future!

Thanks to all my Clients and Referral Partners for the ongoing support to help make this happen and massive shout out to the Loan Company for the support over the last few years.

We are very proud to announce that The Loan Company took out the award for Best Independent Office (more than 5 brokers) at the Better Business Summit last night. Our Broker Support Officer Emma Campbell was also recognised as a finalist in the Best Loan Administrator Award.

It is an honour to have been recognised by our industry peers and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of all of the amazing staff we have at The Loan Company.

The last 12 months has been full of change and increasing challenges for the mortgage broking industry, but we continue to deliver excellent customer outcomes due to our commitment to our customers and expertise in the lending market.
