Central Book-keeping Services is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with outstanding customer service skills to play a key role in the ongoing development of their business.
Working closely with the Directors and Bookkeeping team, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge; work to understand client business requirements, and; tailor service packages and solutions that meet their needs using the latest cloud-based systems with support from back-office personnel.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
• Management of client relationships, including face to face meetings to ensure
client expectations are met and exceeded
• Selection and configuration of appropriate cloud based software solutions
• Providing assistance to clients to help stream-line their record keeping processes,
including Single Touch Payroll and Superannuation payments
• General book keeping duties such as transaction coding and bank reconciliation
as required
• Ensuring that procedures are in place to ensure BAS reporting deadlines are met
Candidates with the following skills and experience will be considered:
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing services to clients in a public practice environment
• Current Xero or MYOB Certifications
• Experience using DEXT and Hub docs
• Formal accountancy or book-keeping qualifications or equivalent industry
experience
• Microsoft Office & Excel
This role is offered initially on a part-time basis with flexible working arrangements available onsite. Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on their skills and experience.
