We’re officially live on Realestate,com,au!

Following the launch of ELORA Castle Hill, we’re excited to share that the project is now live for the public.

You can now explore a selection of ELORA’s floorplans online and discover just how much space is on offer across our collection of 55 oversized 2, 3 and 4 bedroom residences.

And because we’ve only just launched, there may still be an opportunity to make your ELORA home a little more you. Where possible and subject to the build program, we’re open to discussing customisation options for individual residences — whether that’s adapting a space to suit the way you live or exploring what may be possible before construction progresses.

For the launch of ELORA Castle Hill, our friends at Sarino’s Norwest created something special to help us celebrate The ELORA Cocktail, made especially for the evening.
But we wanted the moment to continue beyond the launch.

So we bottled it for our guests to take home, to open with someone they love, share over a conversation, or simply enjoy during a quiet moment of their own.

Because that’s what ELORA is really about.

The scent of ELORA.

At our exclusive ELORA launch, we wanted every part of the evening to feel as considered as the homes we create.

So together with our friends at Sensoriam, we created something completely unique to ELORA Castle Hill, our very own signature scent, Quiet Hills.

A blend of Fragonia, Ylang Ylang, Rose Geranium, Sandalwood and Vetiver, Quiet Hills was created to reflect the feeling behind ELORA. Fresh, calm, grounded and quietly refined.

Guests were also invited to spend time with Emily from Sensoriam, choosing three oils to create their own personalised wellness roll-on to take home.

And, of course, everyone left with their own bottle of Quiet Hills, a little piece of ELORA to remember the evening by.

It was one of our favourite parts of the launch because it represented something important to us at C*D Core: the details matter. From the way we design our residences to the spaces we create and the experiences surrounding them, we want everything to feel thoughtful, personal and considered.

Thank you to Sensoriam for bringing this beautiful idea to life.

100+ people gathered with us to officially unveil ELORA Castle Hill, our fourth boutique project in the Hills Showground Precinct.

Among the room were past purchasers from Oriel, Astrid and ARGO, familiar faces who have been part of the C*D Core journey over the years. What made the night even more meaningful was seeing many of them return with family, friends and referrals to introduce them to what we’re creating next at ELORA.

From Oriel → Astrid → ARGO → ELORA, we’re incredibly proud of the communities we’ve built and even more grateful for the people who continue to place their trust in C*D Core.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a memorable evening.

Our story in the Hills continues.

Oriel. Astrid. ARGO. And now, ELORA.

Last night wasn’t only about launching our newest project. It was also an opportunity to celebrate the journey that brought us here, three boutique developments completed in the Hills Showground Precinct, and now our fourth taking its place in that story.

For C*D Core, building locally means something. These aren’t just projects on a map; they’re homes and communities we’ve watched come to life, one development at a time.

We’re incredibly proud of what has been built so far and even more excited for what comes next.
