How does ICFAL's Home Finance work?

Our Home Finance product allows members to obtain Shariah Compliant financing through our globally unique Musharakah finance.

A model that has been developed and refined over our 25+ years of operation.

At ICFAL we utilise the contract of Diminishing Musharakah. It's a Shariah Compliant partnership where you buy the shares held by ICFAL over a determined time while paying rent on the remaining portion of ICFAL.
