Trainee Professional Driving Instructor
Eden Community Access Centre (ECAC) is starting a Community Drive School to support Bega Valley residents of all ages. We’re now looking for people with the right mindset to take the wheel - steady under pressure, patient, organised and motivated by helping others succeed.
We will cover all professional training and accreditation costs, provide secure employment with generous community-sector conditions and offer access to performance-based bonuses as the drive school develops and succeeds.
Experience in Police, defence, emergency services or community leadership is highly valued. Women and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Essential Criteria
● Current full Australian driver licence with a strong, safe driving history.
● Genuine interest in supporting people and contributing to community wellbeing.
● Strong communication skills, fluent English patience and the ability to build rapport with diverse learners.
● Willingness to undertake required training and accreditation.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and appropriate boundaries.
● Capacity to work flexible hours, including after school and weekends.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
• National Police Check (Criminal History Check) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
