Guess what…… Nat is back!!!! Well I’ve been quiet in the background helping those who pop in and exsisting clients and busy with my 5 children since Covid. But let’s face it, staying quiet in an industry you’ve known for 20 years is hard… it’s what I know well and it’s time to really focus on it again. Times are very challenging for everyone. Rates are high, and no one knows what will happen next! My focus is to make sure you are on the right rate for your situation, help you if you are struggling with your current mortgage and getting buyers in the market that may not how to start. I’m looking forward to kicking this off again with some new faces and continuing to look after my clients who have stuck by me.

RBA increases interest rates by another .25%. 😡 Please do yourselves a favour and check your rates and the products your mortgages are on. Often, you can negotiate with your current lender to decrease your rates without refinancing. You just need to have the correct info at hand! PM your rate if you need help!
