1. Tell us a little about yourself and your role at Altus Insurance Services.
I’m a mum of 2 non stop girls, so all my work is done in my rare spare moments, completing everyone’s renewals and getting you the best prices!

2. What does a typical day look like for you?
Keeping my house running and my kids fed! Then when the time is right, sitting with my laptop pumping out some work

3. You’re our renewals guru! What’s the most important thing clients should know when their policy is up for renewal?
Letting us know if there are any changes to your policy, this ensures your insurance is accurate and meeting your needs

4. What’s your favourite part about working with clients during the renewal process?
Getting the best possible price I can

5. What’s one insurance misconception you hear often?
The more you insure for, the more you’re paid in a claim

6. What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Helping people keep their properties, business or belongings insured and covered

7. What do you enjoy most about working in a family-run business?
One word: FLEXIBILITY

8. What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone reviewing their insurance policies?
Make sure your sum insureds are accurate for the ever rising cost of living

9. Coffee order or go-to office snack? ☕
As a non coffee drinker, my go to snack has to be chocolate or chips

10. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with my family and making memories
