Hi guys. To maximise servicing we have added “Novated Lease add-back” to the Serviceability category.

Find out which Lenders will increase your clients borrowing capacity and which ones won’t.

We have included in the notes how each Lender calculates Novated Leases so you know all of the details.

Looking for the lenders who will hold assessment rate on a Pre Approval?

Use keyword Assessment.

We have completed the collection of DTI information. We will have this published in the App early next week.

Next version currently in testing allows you to load your lender BDM contact details in so that you can contact them from the results screen.

We are pretty chuffed with this addition and it saves more time.

A New "COVID-19 Temp Policy" has been added to Broker Buddy. This policy summarises the temporary changes Lenders have advised us of. Please note no amendments have been made to existing policies.

Keyword search "Covid" or under the category General Policy.
