One of the most rewarding parts of my work is supporting young buyers as they prepare for their first home. When someone sits down with me to figure out where they stand, I look at their borrowing position, talk through their goals, and organise a pre‑approval so they can step into the market with confidence.

What I love most is watching the shift that happens. But the absolute highlight?
