For example, this is the US stock markets PE ratio from worldperatio.com over the past 150 years, and the Price to Earnings ratio is as high as it's ever been.

So, what are my 5 biggest concerns?
When valuations are elevated, even a small earnings miss can trigger larger price declines.
Current valuations are relying on strong future earnings growth, especially in the AI sector.
The Federal Reserve continues to describe inflation as elevated relative to its target, with energy and supply-related pressures still present.
Higher interest rates tend to compress P/E multiples because bonds become more competitive with stocks and future earnings are discounted more heavily.
A relatively small group of mega-cap companies contributes a large share of overall market earnings expectations and valuation support.
