Our Q1 Offshore Team Dinner was a lovely reminder of how important it is to make time to connect beyond our day-to-day work. It was great catching up about life and all the little things in between, making the night even more special.

Today sees a legal change that matters for anyone thinking about life insurance 💡

From today (8 October), insurers can no longer ask about or use your genetic test results when you apply for life cover.

That means you don't need to tell them if you or a family member have had a genetic test, are planning one or have been advised to get one. You don't need to share the results either.

Here's the important bit: you still need to answer every question about medical conditions, diagnoses or symptoms you've had. Your health history still counts, and accurate disclosure protects your future claims.
