Great to be in Adelaide yesterday for the fourth event in our Autumn Forum series, Where Policy Meets Practice.

Ben Corby, Kendel Sparnon and the SA team welcomed local strata professionals for an engaging session focused on our updated policy wording, claims case studies and wellbeing initiatives. It was fantastic to see strong discussion and participation throughout the event, as encouraged by Paul Keating and Brian Chikanya.

We were especially pleased to hear positive feedback from attendees, including that they “liked the improved policy wording” and found the session “very explanatory and great to hear direct about policy changes.”

Perth, it’s your turn!

Today we were excited to host the third event in our Autumn Forum series, Where Policy Meets Practice. Benjamin Corby, Kristina Hack and our fabulous local team welcomed strata professionals from across Perth for another engaging session focused on our new policy wording and industry insights.

Today’s discussions sparked excellent engagement from the floor, with key topics including cyber response costs, EV charging and evolving risks impacting the strata sector. Real case studies once again provided invaluable in bringing these issues to life and encouraging practical conversations.

Melbourne, thank you for having us!

Today we hosted the second stop of our Autumn Forum series, Where Policy Meets Practice, continuing the conversation with industry professionals on a gorgeous, sunny day in Port Melbourne. Thank you Scott Overy, Nicole Ryan and Wayne Chun for your hospitality.

Our presenting team, Paul Keating, David Ellis, Shaun F. and Brian Chikanya, shared insights on our new policy wording update featuring cyber response costs, claims learnings and case studies, along with emerging risks shaping the strata landscape. The engagement in today’s Q&A sessions once again reminded us how valuable these conversations are.

🌟 NSW Leadership Connection is underway.

What a fantastic start to our NSW Leadership Connection with Brianna Cattanach teaching us how to Unschedule the Burnout and allocate adequate recovery time in both personal and work environments. More importantly, Brianna advised to ask people about their well-being when they are well so it becomes habit – so they will open up when they’re not ok.

Right now Mitch Wallis is delivering a powerful and eye-opening keynote about Real Conversations. The room is invested and opening up in a way we had hoped, but didn’t
expect, with raw and honest conversations.

When we go towards the pain, that’s when real healing, real leadership and real connections begin. 🧡

🌟 Mitch Wallis delivered the keynote address at Leadership Connection today.

With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Columbia, Mitch is the founder of the global Heart On My Sleeve movement, an advisor to the UN on youth mental health, and a speaker who has worked with organizations including Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.

For over three hours, our strata leaders heard Mitch share his personal journey with mental health, examine the science of emotional resilience, and present his “Real Conversations” framework - a practical approach to building psychological safety and human connection in workplaces.

His combination of personal authenticity and actionable insight made for a compelling session. This is exactly the caliber of thought leadership we aim to bring to our industry.

Thank you, Mitch, for a thought-provoking presentation that challenges us to rethink what effective leadership looks like.
