On Saturday, November 29th, a fire broke out at a neighboring business, which affected our physical location. Thankfully, everyone is safe. However, due to the hazardous chemicals involved, our premises will remain temporarily closed until it is deemed completely safe—a process that may take some time.
Here’s what this means for you:
• Business Clients: Our remote support services will be back in action from Monday, December 8th. Rest assured—we’re ready to keep your systems running smoothly without interruptions.
• Home Users: We’re introducing a pickup and return service for computer repairs, so you can still get the help you need. Please call us or send an email to book an appointment, see contact details below.
The overwhelming support from our customers has been incredible, and we can’t thank you enough.
