Below are some tips to make your home loan or refinance loan application as easy and straight forward as possible. 🏦

Have two forms of current identification. E.g. drivers licence and passport. 🛂

Be across all of your debts. Any undeclared debts may make the lender a bit nervous.

You can do a credit check on yourself to confirm all the debts you have under your name.

Be across all the ins and outs of your pay and payslip. E.g. allowances, overtime, novated leases. 💸

Be across your living expenses. Plus the likes of afterpay and Zip.

Please welcome Winston to the team! 5 month old rescue cavalier. Office duties will include faxing and marketing. Whilst also helping Lucy the cocker spaniel with security and monitoring. They are very busy!

Lucy and I have done some epic training on car finance, specifically for self-employed clients.

Low amount of documentation required and competitive interest rates.

Plus, you get to deal directly with us! I can also compare quotes between what you may have received from the car yard finance.

Tip: always compare monthly repayments rather than the interest rates with car finance.

p.s. Lucy has been working on her driving and she is improving greatly.

Lucy loves her cow bear nearly as much as a home loan refinance! 💘

Why? Well firstly, we save the clients $$$ each month. Plus making sure the new loan meets their current and future needs. 💵

We always give the current bank a chance to retain the client. But majority of the time they aren’t interested.

You know who is interested? Me! Plus, I check in on a consistent basis to ensure the loan is still right for you and the interest rate is competitive.
