Cool stuff I am writing in my notebook this week:

Love a refinance! I have reviewed all of my clients’ home loan interest rates. All on competitive rates. I have reached out to any that I think we can improve. This was quite a detailed exercise – but listed to Madonna’s new album (amazing!) 🎵

This means my books are now open for any new clients wanting to review and / or refinance their home loan. 🏠️

Pre-approvals for new purchases are still very active. 🏦

Plus seeing more offers coming in with subject to sale. Eg buying a new home and the offer is subject to sale of their current home. Very interesting! Quite a shift from the last few years. 🏡

Also in my notebook – how I can get back to Ginga café in Mt Hawthorn – ate their this week and it was amazing. ☕️

Coffee time!

Below are some tips to make your home loan or refinance loan application as easy and straight forward as possible. 🏦

Have two forms of current identification. E.g. drivers licence and passport. 🛂

Be across all of your debts. Any undeclared debts may make the lender a bit nervous.

You can do a credit check on yourself to confirm all the debts you have under your name.

Be across all the ins and outs of your pay and payslip. E.g. allowances, overtime, novated leases. 💸

Be across your living expenses. Plus the likes of afterpay and Zip.
