Good Evening Everyone!!!!

I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and New Years with their family, enjoyed the holidays and ate too much food 😁😁😁

Ive been overseas since Christmas Day and will be back online completely as of tomorrow, Wednesday the 29th of January and I'll be back in the office Thursday after going through all my messages and chasing up some urgent matters

It was a great 5 weeks in Japan with my family, such an amazing place and as much as we crammed in, I am super pumped to be back in action and looking forward to a huge 2020 after such an amazing first 9 months as a broker in 2019!!!

For anyone has left me a message I will be in contact shortley and anyone who is wanting to see what might be possible with your finances please feel free to shoot me a message. A better deal on your Home Loan, that new Car, a Consolidation or even a trip to somewhere like Japan lol. Happy to go through the information with you

You cant help but be humble when you have only been up and running as a self employed broker for 6 months and you day has been that busy that your jut walking in the door at midnight lol

Thanks to all that I met with today and some great possibilities in the very near future!!!

To those who I missed today, I'll be calling you ASAP tomorrow :)

4 big approvals and Home Loan drawdowns finalised already this week and 2 more Homes to settle this week and fingers crossed for at least 3 more fully unconditional approvals by the end of the week

Throw in a couple of Car Loans and Personal Loans and what a week its been already after a public holiday week and its only just finished Wednesday!!

Its times like this I live what I do! Saving one couple over $2000 a month consolidating their debt and getting a much better interest rate, 2 First Home Buyers getting their very first houses already this week and another one on Friday, getting another customer a brand new Car applied and approved within 4 business hours, the days get crazier and crazier

We've had the following

-3 New Business Vehicles FULLY APPROVED
-A New Buisness Loan FULLY APPROVED
-5 Home Loan Refinances FULLY APPROVED
-A New HUGE Family Home FULLY APPROVED
-3 First Home Buyers FULLY APPROVED

Also, 7 new customers on their way to to get approval as well

For those of you who we are so close to getting answers on your loans as well, watch this space for early next week, I have one special one expected on Monday that I am looking forward too :)

One customer alone saved over $1200 a month back into their pocket with refinancing their Home Loans, as I say you never know what might be possible unless you ask the question
