Breeding Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pups RPBA Member 16532 After supplying my baking to our local craft shop (Tintinara Heart of the Parks) since 2004 I decided to go one step further and turn my hobby into a recognisable business. So, in January of 2010 "Zarabelle" came into fruition! The name 'Zarabelle' is made up from our daughters names - Isobelle, Zara, and Alexis - who all play their own roles in our home based business. Isobelle (Libby) is the junior entrepreneur baking the odd piece to sell at markets to earn some pocket money, Zara is generally my 'helper' on market days and loves the atmosphere a market creates, and Alexis is our market mascot attending markets with me since she was only four months old and wooing all the customers with her cuteness!! I get a real buzz out of producing delicious homemade treats such as slices, biscuits, cakes and truffles as well as my ever increasingly popular Homemade Pasties. With a noticeable need for allergen free foods, I also offer my customers a growing range of gluten, nut, egg and dairy free foods. It gives me a great sense of pride and achievement when customers acknowledge and appreciate the care and time I put into each of my items and the way they are presented. My recipes are all tried and true successes passed on from family and friends, or sourced and created by myself. I appreciate the feedback I receive from customers, and endeavour to produce quality items to suit their needs and requests.
