I have been doing debt collection for commercial and consumer accounts for over 17years and hold a 85-90% success rate in recovering what is owed to my clients, I like to keep my clients informed on what is happening and will usually give an update every 2 weeks or when required.
Once I receive all the necessary information required from you I load the account up onto my system and get started by sending an email, message and dependant of what day of the week I get the file phone call straight away (I am only allowed 3 connected contacts per week unless a communication thread is established) i.e. so if I received the file on a Monday only a text and email will go first then I would wait a couple of days and if not heard anything from the person we are after I will try and phone them. In between all this I am essentially stalking them via search means that debt collectors have access to try and obtain information on them if we may require it to take the matter further.
Debt Collection info:
Engagement Fee - $10-$500.00 per account dependant on the amount owing and I will invoice you once I have received the outstanding invoice/s that you want me to chase, this is paid upfront and will come off my invoice for commission if successful.
Commission Fees(only payable if successful)
$0-$1,000 13% on anything collected
$1,001 and over 15% on anything collected
Debt collection requirements:
authority to act form
Invoice/s with the amount outstanding
Name and all contact details for the person/s and or company/s owing the money
All other relevant info to the account/s to give me a little background to what has happened i.e. are they disputing , email trails etc
Consultancy Info :
Consultancy service - You can hire me as a subcontractor when you require so it could be just one day a month or whenever you need. This can be done either remotely or in office if northside of Brisbane to follow up on your monthly invoices or to help with any invoicing etc. I will charge a hourly rate of $35.00 per hour, I have some clients that prefer to do this as they just donāt like chasing up or donāt feel confident enough to chase up their unpaid invoices and it saves them having to pay a commission.
If in the future you would require my help I would need the attached authority to act form filled out with your business details and signed and sent back along with the following
Remote consultancy requirements:
You to make up a email address for me to use (most clients will [email protected] or something similar)
invoice/s or list of accounts you wish for me to follow up along with their contact numbers or access to their billing program.
All information I hold is kept strictly confidential as it is a requirement for my industry to do so
Template Package:
I do a template package tailored to your business to help recoup recovery costs, secure your position in case a company goes bust and for those businesses that still like to do things manually the cost of the package is $300.00 I put your company logo to all templates and if you require any changes at all just let me know and I can adjust the template for you. Below is what would come in the package

Customer Engagement form :
This is used for your everyday consumer it has payment terms, indemnity and other clauses to help secure payment, you send this to the customer when booking a job and they sign it stating they agree to all your T&Cās
Contract /Guarantee :
This is great to use if you give 30day accounts, for builders, and companies. You have the owner or director of the business sign and if the company goes into liquidation that person becomes personally liable for the debt.
Job Sheet:
This is a great sheet to have when you go to a job you have quoted for and the customer decides they either want to swap something or add something to the work being done you add this to the sheet the customer signs after work has been completed stating that they are satisfied with the work that has been done and agree to the amount. This form is also great as a āDo & Chargeā form for those emergency calls or those customers that do not want a quote and just want the work done.
Manual Invoice:
There are many businesses out there that like to do things manually or there are at times that you need to write a manual invoice instead of doing one up on your accounting program
As advised above all templates will come with your business logo and information on there
