She completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management while gaining hands-on experience across stud-stock and commercial livestock operations. Lydia joined Farm Finance Co in 2024 after completing a university placement, drawn to its values and strong focus on supporting farmers. Outside of work, she helps on her partner’s family property in Willalooka, staying closely connected to the industry. Lydia has now moved into a brokering position.
