Investing in property isn’t something that should be done on a whim, it requires planning and investment – in both time and resources. That’s why it’s no surprise that almost 70 per cent of investment property owners are between the ages of 36 and 64 years old.

The ABS reported that in 2019, the largest group of property investors were found within this age group. As the age group with the most stable income, these statistics make sense.
