Who I Am:
I am extremely passionate about three things:
1. Playing and watching sport, manly cricket and AFL football.
3. DIY home projects. This is who I help:
I help people find the best mortgage for their circumstances. FIRST HOME BUYERS- I will sit down with them and explain the ins and outs of the what is required to obtain their first mortgage, if they aren't in a position at the moment,
then I will let them know what will be expected of them from a lenders perspective, so that they will know what to aim for. I will handle the First Home Owners Grant for them, lodging this upon document signing, post approval. REFINANCERS - Will have a look at their current mortgage and find them a better rate and a tailored solution to suit their needs. I could discuss ways to pay off the mortgage quicker or prepare them for a possibility of purchasing an investment property in the future. I can also look at obtaining finance for the following reasons using the equity in their properties:
- Consolidate existing debts into their mortgage
- Renovations
- Holidays
- Other properties
- Vehicle purchase
- Pay out business debt
INVESTORS - I can work with them and their accountant to setup the best possible structure for their mortgage. Access the equity in their existing properties to help them purchase a new property. I can organise a pre-approval (approval subject to finding property) for them to make sure they feel comfortable and confident about the purchase. This Is How I Help Them:
I take away the need to talk to the bank. I will deal with the banks, therefore making this process as stress free and easy as possible! I know what documents are generally required by each lender, so I would rarely need to go back to them for documents after lodgement. Once the loan is approved and documents issued. I will sit down with them and go through the mortgage documents, making sure that they understand them.
