Community Impact Story 6: Boneham Aged Care

Investing in dignity and care for our local seniors - we have recently provided $17,000 in funding to Boneham Aged Care Services in Millicent to purchase a Carendo hygiene chair.

This specialised equipment supports Boneham's frailest residents, ensuring they receive palliative and high needs care in a comfortable, dignified and timely manner. It also gives their amazing staff the tools they need to continue delivering the highest quality of care.

It is partnerships like this that show the true power of community banking - where local profits go right back to supporting the people who need it most.

Community Impact Story 5 - Community Defibrillators

We are passionate advocates for community safety, which is why we’re incredibly proud to back the installation of life-saving automated external defibrillators (AEDs) across our community.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of investing in vital defib units for many of our local groups and clubs, ensuring help is close by when every second counts.

Community Impact Story 4: Foodbank

We have been a proud supporter of Foodbank SA & Central Australia for over 13 years. The Foodbank Food Hub in Mount Gambier supports more than 2,000 people experiencing food insecurity every month. We have provided over $90,000 to their School Breakfast Program over the years, which helps Foodbank to provide free breakfast foods to over 26 schools across the region.

In 2024 we provided $11,900 which enabled Foodbank to purchase a new freezer to increase the provision of food relief. This has helped reduce frozen food waste and provide nutritious frozen meals for those in need.

In more recent years we contributed $10,000 funding to help Foodbank keep their freezers stocked with frozen proteins/meat products for local community members who shop in their Food Hub, and $10,000 for their Fresh & Healthy Produce – Fruit & Veg for the Mt Gambier Community Drive.

Foodbank continues to deliver an essential service to our most vulnerable communities, and we commend Lynne and the team for their ongoing impact. We are really proud of the significant financial support we have invested in their initiatives.
