Now, Sean would have been perfectly happy for this milestone to quietly slip by unnoticed… but unfortunately for him, he works with us. 😂 So, of course, we couldn’t let that happen!

We surprised Sean with a morning tea last week to kick off the celebrations, and now we’re making sure this milestone gets the attention it deserves! 🎂🎉

This fortnight, we're shining the spotlight on Sarah! ✨

Sarah joined the Willow team in late February 2026 and brings seven years of experience in financial planning, along with a background in accounting. Originally from Casterton, she returned to the region after spending eight years in Sydney.

Outside of work, Sarah loves tennis and even ticked Wimbledon off her bucket list in 2019! 🎾

Given I am new here, I have really enjoyed getting to know the clients I speak to over the phone or who call into the office and starting to build rapport with them. I very much enjoy being able to help our clients reach their financial planning goals and plan for their futures. The work I am doing on the back end, behind the scenes, that is working towards their goals and building that relationship with the clients, is what I find rewarding.

I'm originally from Casterton and commute each day. I spent eight years living in Sydney before moving back home in 2023.

𝟑. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦?
I started here at the end of February 2026, and I have found that everyone in the team is so welcoming and lovely. It has been a very nice office environment to come into and be a part of.

𝟒. 𝐈𝐟 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞?
There are a few options. Travel around Australia. I did an outback WA/NT trip back in 2022 and loved it. There is so much to see in our own backyard. I have only seen a snippet of it and want to see so much more. There are also a few places on the bucket list that are overseas as well.

With her experience, attention to detail, and friendly nature, Sarah is a wonderful addition to the Willow team.

We're shining the spotlight on Jill! ✨

Jill joined our team in January 2026 and has fitted in wonderfully. With over 20 years of banking experience, along with a background in payroll and disability support, she brings a wealth of knowledge and care to our team.

Known for her positive can-do attitude, Jill will often be the friendly face greeting you at reception when you arrive. She's always happy to roll up her sleeves and get the job done, with no task too big or too small. Whether it's helping clients, supporting the team, or having a quick chat while keeping things moving, Jill is always willing to lend a hand.

Growing up on a farm in Mingbool, Jill enjoyed a wonderful country upbringing and now loves spending time with her family and energetic four-year-old grandson.

A: I am relatively new to my role at Willow, but the most rewarding part of my job is being part of a team that truly cares about their clients.

Known for her kindness, courtesy, and willingness to lend a hand, Suzanne is always happy to help and is constantly looking to learn and grow.

A: One of the most rewarding parts of my role is knowing that the work I do behind the scenes helps clients achieve their financial goals with confidence. While I may not provide the advice directly, I play an important part in ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently for both advisers and clients. 📝

A: My dream holiday would more look like retirement, but there’s still a long way to go before that! I would love to return to Spain to spend time with family and head to America to follow speedway racing and experience some of those big tracks! 🛫
