A good story of a happy investor.
Back in 2019 we had client come to us that wanted to put a good value, high yielding property into his Self Managed Super Fund.

We love buying in small blocks with low levies ($650pq) and we only concentrate on half a dozen blue chip suburbs in the Gold Coast that we know work. (We apply a similar method to our Brisbane purchases.)
We recommended a Financial Planner that took care of all the SMSF administration, and we also found a great tenant through our Queensland Property Management Business. The property has been permanently leased yielding a gross income of 6.6%. The whole process was easy and seamless from beginning to end for our client.

No. 5 has already been rented at $480pw.
The Gold Coast has been a surprise package over Covid, with the "Life Style Trade" taking up all the slack from the temporary tough times in tourism and hospitality. We are also seeing a similar pattern for property in Brisbane. The whole of S.E.Q. is benefitting from this “regional Covid trade.”
