A success story to share…..

I initially spoke to Monica, a single mother and first home buyer in April 2017. She had $10,000 in savings and wanted to purchase her own home. I advised Monica to set up a credit card to allow for 97% LVR after 6 months of good conduct. I also suggested she start a savings plan to save a further $15,000 and touched base with her every few months to check on her progress. In January 2018 Monica had reached her $25,000 deposit goal and with our assistance she was granted Pre-Approval to purchase a home up to $370,000. In March, Monica purchased a property and her settlement is due next month.
