Why does getting a home loan feel so document heavy these days? Truth is, lending rules are a lot stricter than they used to be, banks and brokers now need to properly verify income, expenses, identity, and make sure the loan is right for you.

It might feel like a lot at times, but that’s where having a broker helps, I help simplify the process, I guide you and even jump on zoom or phone calls sometimes to walk my clients through what to send, how to send it, and even how to download something from the ATO portal or banking apps.

I can tell you exactly what’s needed, and keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.

Once I’ve got the documents I can verify everything and I take it from there, providing you a solid recommendation, and handle the lodgement - settlement everything in between and support you even after settlement.

If you’re buying an existing property think about changing your locks - who knows who the previous owner gave your keys to or how many they cut!!

If you have a property already, consider upgrading your security!!

I grew up in Gippsland, moved to the city when I was 18 and came right back when I was 30 after buying my first home in Drouin.

Gippsland is the most beautiful country, and the people make me wonder why I ever left.

If you’re local and you haven’t been to Rokeby Market yet, it has been our go to as a family this year, the produce is so fresh and so much cheaper than the super markets.

Not only are you getting great produce, saving money, but your also backing other local businesses so they can earn a living and achieve their goals

If you haven’t been, we love all of the stall holders but recently we have been getting veggies, fruit, bulk eggs, and fetta on the regular, alongside some super cheap seedlings - $1 each to add to your home veggie patch. You can’t go wrong!! ✌🏼
