As our Branch Concierge, you’ll:
👋 Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
📱 Support them with digital banking options
🏃‍♀️ Keep the branch running smoothly
😊 Ensure every visit is a positive experience

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in customer service—fast food, retail, hospitality? Fantastic!
✔️ Confidence using digital tools and helping others do the same
✔️ Speak a language other than English? That’s a great bonus in our diverse community, but not essential.
📍 Location: Mildura
🕒 Hours: 25 per week
